ABOUT
Fuller came to us with a brand that no longer fit the work. The reporting had grown sharper, the mission clearer, but the identity hadn't kept pace. No one on the team felt connected to it, and the brand itself felt disconnected from the mission it was meant to carry.
So we didn't start with design. We started with alignment; rounds of strategy work with leadership and the full team, digging into who Fuller is, who their reporting serves, and what the brand needed to say before it needed to look like anything. Only once everyone could see themselves in the strategy did we build the identity: a full visual system, typography, and guidelines with the same rigor Fuller brings to its reporting.
The brand landed, so the relationship grew. We designed and built a complete new website on the refreshed identity, then an impact report, social systems, and more.
