Café Aquatica is a coffee brand from Jenner, California, built around where its beans come from: the soil, the weather, and the people who harvest them. We rebuilt the brand around that story.

Origin is on every coffee bag, usually reduced to a country name and a tasting note in small type. We wanted the source to be the main event. Each label works like a postcard from the region the coffee came from, with photography doing most of the talking and the brand stepping back to frame it. The constraint was the shelf. A bag gets a few seconds of attention, so the postcard had to read at arm’s length, not only up close.
